Once an order is placed but not shipped, we can cancel the order. You can contact us to cancel the order.
If the order is already shipped and handed over to the courier. It won't be possible to cancel the order.
If it is a customized order, we won't be able to cancel it. As it might have already been processed for customization requests.
Cancellation/Return policy of Customized products:
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
We will try our best for customer satisfaction. In case any buyer is not completely satisfied with our product and wants to return the product, we will provide a refund once the product is returned to us in its original condition. Only after verification if product is found in its original good condition, a refund will be provided. Orders if paid online, refunds will be issued to the original payment mode used at the time of purchase.
Kindly note that if the buyer returns the item without any issue from our side, the forward shipping, insurance, and payment processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount, even if free shipping was provided. These costs are incurred by us for safe packing, handling, shipping, and insurance. This deduction will apply regardless of the expenses the buyer has incurred in sending the item back to us.
Can ShanaySilver cancel the order?
Shanay Silver reserves the sole and absolute right to cancel any order at its discretion, without prior notice, under circumstances including but not limited to the following:

Where the delivery address provided by the customer is incomplete, incorrect, unverifiable, or deemed unsuitable for successful delivery.

Where there is a material or substantial fluctuation in the prevailing silver prices due to market conditions, and such a change was not accurately reflected on the website at the time the order was placed due to technical or operational reasons.
In the event of cancellation by Shanay Silver under the above circumstances, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order. The refund shall be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable time frame, in accordance with applicable laws and payment gateway policies.
