How long will it take to deliver my order?
We dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. Domestic orders are usually delivered in 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. While unforeseen delays can sometimes happen, we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Customized orders: Estimated delivery dates shown on our website do not apply to custom pieces, as each one is personally made for you. Please allow 4 to 5 days for manufacturing before dispatch.
